Merry Christmas!

It's Christmas Eve! And a beautiful morning to walk the dog along the Bay of Quinte, to wander in the beauty of the sun and ice.

This marks our first Christmas aboard Monster, and we have made the most of every opportunity for holiday decorating and activities. It's a great feeling to be celebrating aboard our own boat, it's a gift in itself. Our main salon is alight with several strands of twinkle lights that shine as bright as our tree. Yes, we have a Christmas tree, a REAL tree. We purchased at a local grocery store a  3 ft. Douglas Fir, a Kirk Elf Tree, apparently grown, so our code entered upon their website tells us, by an elf named Mateo.  The gingerbread train sits aboard the galley counter, Christmas cards sit along the bookshelves, the stockings hang from the fishing poles, and the bulkheads resound with the Christmas tunes of Boney M and The Good Lovelies.

Thank you so much for reading along thus far, we wish you all a very Merry Happy Christmas!
